戴培超，中国矿业大学博士，清华大学博士后，现为土地与城乡发展研究中心研究员。主要从事产业经济、国土空间规划、生态系统服务等方向研究，以第一及通讯作者在Ecological Economics、Ecosystem Services、International Journal of Urban Sciences、Leisure Studies、人文地理等SSCI / SCI / CSSCI /北大核心期刊发表论文20余篇。主持并参与国家社科重大、国家自然科学基金、中国工程院、国家发改委、工信部、中国科协、国家高端智库、中国石油等部委办局课题30余项。参与撰写的3项政策建议受到省部级领导及相关部门的批示采纳。担任Landscape and Urban Planning、Ecosystem Services、Technovation、IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management、Ambio等SSCI/SCI期刊审稿人。
